Everyone is jumping on the newsletter hype. Everyone from creators to mortgage brokers. My inbox is littered with emails from tools I used ONCE and restaurants I've visited years ago. As a consumer, it's overwhelming. As a newsletter writer, it's depressing.

Just finished recording a podcast episode with Shlomo Freund about buying digital businesses. Think I might have talked myself into buying a business on the pod. Whoops!

How to validate a newsletter idea before starting one: 1. Go to duuce.com 2. Find your niche 3. Filter for "Sold" newsletters See if you can figure out why those newsletters get sold for that price. Do this a dozen times and now review your newsletter idea.

To my "multiple tabs open" homies: I didn't realize how it is HURTING my productivity until I started using The Browser Company's Arc It auto-archives your tabs so you start everyday FRESH. Forces me to prioritize my tasks instead of blindly continuing yesterday's. Pretty cool.
