after subblocks we can do that on L1! just need to find the right balance orders/utxo. 1:1 doesn't seem right, neither does n:1

I'm harsh on BitcoinOS because they've had a year to give answers and still haven't. When I met the team last year and they introduced the idea to me, I pointed out several design flaws.
