My favorite part about this is they run the WarpStream Agents on their GPU farm because they have so many spare CPUs so they get Kafka compute "for free". Very cool stuff.

I think this is the first usage of strong consistency in DynamoDB global tables to make an infrastructure product built on-top of it multi-region with very minimal changes. Worth a read just for the tech details!
