It has been an incredibly rowing heavy day, I spent this morning trying to hammer down a schedule for three boats for this term (easier said than done!) and then raced the Winter Head to Head this afternoon! We came second out of the college first boats so a success 😁

A very chilly but pretty evening for an erg…I have had a pretty relaxed day getting some equity reading done and spending some time with my boyfriend who has been visiting this weekend 😊

I cannot recommend this course highly enough…a great introduction to what studying law is like with a number of cameos from some big names in the legal world! Keep your eyes peeled on my account for more details on what you can expect from the Exploring Law course 👀👀

It has been an incredibly busy start to term…cracking on with my dissertation and supervisions as well as getting job applications in has meant I am already feeling pretty tired! Today I have a supervision on Community Orders and an erg this evening 💪🏻

I have finally succumb to the cold that has been making its way around so the last week or so has been a bit tough. I had a (very difficult) Equity supervision on tracing this morning and now am desperately trying to finish my Equity essay before moving onto EU and then an erg!

my supervision today got cancelled so I’ve spent the morning doing a bit of rowing admin and am using the extra time to properly go over the supervision materials and put them in flow diagram form - this has been the main way I have revised whilst at uni :))

I’ve had a really nice day today - got brunch out with some friends, wrote the next section of my dissertation at the college library and then an erg in the afternoon! I am enjoying using cooking as a way to unwind and just made some really yummy sticky tofu for dinner 😁

had a very pretty run along the bank this morning and have spent the rest of the day in college doing some dissertation writing…I feel like I’m really getting into and enjoying the writing process so it’s a shame I now have to move onto some work for other supervisions!

Today was a pretty productive day, was actually in the library before 7am and got through quite a few lectures before subbing into an outing this afternoon!

Today has been a busy (but good) day…I had an outing this morning, followed by an EU law supervision on the free movement of goods which was really interesting. I then went over some Equity with another lawyer at my college and hit the 10,000 word mark in my dissertation 💪🏻

I have invaded the living room this afternoon with my study set up for a bit of a change of scenery…currently working on knowing receipt claims in equity!

Beautiful sunset after a great outing this afternoon…I am starting to get really excited about Bumps in two weeks time! Bumps is a Cambridge-specific form of racing where the aim is to bump (catch up with) the crew ahead of you before getting bumped by the crew behind you.

The past few weeks have been absolutely manic! This weekend I was in London for Women’s Head of the River Race and I also watched the Boat Race crew announcement. This week is bumps!! always a difficult time trying to get work done when you’re racing every day!

Yesterday both our men and women (first boats) bumped up in the annual Lent Bumps... Row Hall! They are wearing greenery as a mark of their victory. Sadly it looks like the bad weather means today's racing is off. Trinity Hall BC
