There are 4 types of microcirculation abnormalities. 3 of them can be iatrogenic from injudicious fluid administration. Haemodilution, high CVP and oedema all reduce tissue perfusion. Maintaining coherence between circulatory interfaces is key. Follow those tagged for more.
