Fantastic week with Baldragon Academy huge gains in confidence, self belief and ambition. Congratulations to everyone on your achievements 😊

Fantastic learning conversations happening using coaching models to improve pupil performance with Johnstone H.S.

After the care experience programme the evaluations showed that staff relationships had improved by 25%......and peer relationships improved by 76% CANI offered the yp skills to build, grow and sustain positive and effective relationships which they are now benefiting from.

Confidence improved by 68% Relationships improved by 76% Communication improved by 200% Aspirations improved by 78% Dealing with conflict improved by 84% Ability to share opinions improved by 82% These are the results over 100 pupils gained in our recent work for care experience

Week 2 with Netherthird PS & ECC, our focus is becoming values led leaders #CARE

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Ayr United Football Academy today we met David White and Andy Downie from the Academy to see how we can support the great work that is already happening in South Ayrshire. We look forward to an exciting partnership.

A wonderful celebration of ‘Believe to Achieve’ programme led by Cani Coaching. It was great to hear the children present. Thank you to our parents and carers it was a fantastic turnout to support our young people.
