Lucas Beyer just ran 8:48 in the 3k at the Yale Interscholastic Invite! Convert that to a 9:26 3200m and combine it with his 4:25 in the 1600m and you’ve got WNY’s #1 distance runner in those events so far this season!

It’s not about how you start but how you finish! Lucas Beyer ‘20 had a tough race in the 3200m earlier today but came back stronger in the 1600m for a 3rd place finish at NYS Indoor T/F Federation Champs!
