New paper published in the American Journal of Agricultural Economics. American Journal of Agricultural Economics Our work shows how a simplistic understanding of value chain structures can undermine efforts to achieve value upgrading by smallholder coffee producers.

First up, Cansın ARSLAN shows results from a large RCT that focused diversity module shared with managers shortly before they make a hiring decision increases the likelihood of a minority candidate being hired.
