We're sorry customers in Whitstable and Seasalter have had no water for 4 days. Removing air in the pipes is difficult and it's taking longer than expected. We're trying to find solutions to get water back. We know it’s frustrating we can't give a time, we'll keep you updated.

We've now opened another bottled water station in Seasalter: 💧 129 C Faversham Rd, Seasalter, Whitstable CT5 4SD. This is a walk-in station only because the site is smaller.
