It’s been a week since the 40th Annual Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction and we are still in awe of what an incredible event it was. From records broken, to seeing the Guild Members cheering for their fellow winemakers, to buyers responses, it was an auction to remember!

And just like that, the Cape Winemakers Guild events for 2024 have come to a close! 🍇 What an incredible year it's been! A heartfelt thank you to our amazing supporters, bidders, and Guild Members for making it a success. Here's to many more vintages to come! 🥂

After months of preparation, dedication and hard work, it all comes together at our Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction events. We love to see our Guild Members mingling with the buyers, guests and their peers over the incredible wines they produced.

Did you hear the story of the Mourvèdre Grape? At this year’s Final Pre-Auction Tasting, Guild Member Niels Verburg told an incredible story of what life might be like as a Mourvèdre Grape - a tale that will live on for years to come.
