Today marks day 17 since Google Business Profile Google told me in 72 hours my issue would 100% be resolved. 408 hours have passed. I still get calls for surveys and I get generically made responds from tim and "jim" if the issue isn't resolved I will be seeking legal advice on tue.

It's now been 24 days since Google Google Business Profile told me it would take 72 hours to fix my issue with my business profile. 576 hours later I'm still in the same situation. Sure I'll get a message to dm them with no response or a call saying it's still being worked on lol.

It's now been 26 days since Google Google Business Profile told me it would take 72 hours to fix my issue with my business profile. 624 hours later and and 6 self generate messges from jim and tim that do not get replied and im still in the same boat. Told a manager will call in24 hours.

Today marks 28 days since Google Business Profile told me in 72 hours my issues will be fixed. 672 hours have passed. I received and email saying problem solved! All they did was remove 4 5 star reviews(1 was mine) and giving it to the other business. Asked to speak to manager no luck
