2/2 Health status deterioration (severity of recurrent symptoms) is much worse before repeat revasc is considered after CABG than PCI. And ds progression after CABG leads to few available targets (in contrast to in-stent restenosis).

Victor Dayan Sunil V. Rao Gregg W. Stone MD JACC Journals Manuscript was drafted 1 yr prior. It was submitted earlier to that date to JACC which reviewed and transferred to JACC CVI. U underestimate the effort to re-write a manuscript with multiple complex multivariable models using new data. It would not have changed the main message
