#TransatlanticAIRegulation Carina Prunkl is asking whether risk-based and fundamental rights frameworks are compatible, also wrt #AIA. FWIW, I have a recent (mostly positive) critique of the act here: joannajbryson.org/s/reflections-… But "risk-based" s/b proportional, not levels.
