We have the annual Irish Independent āFeeder Schoolsā lists- the very term is derogatory-which glorifies ācollegeā and ignores FE whilst at the same time ranking schools and ignoring the tremendous work done by so many schools in challenging situations #inequality



Yes they must be drastically regulated but we must not assume that this is the main cause of the youth MH crisis. There is a much deeper set of invisible and toxic political/economic forces underpinning this George Monbiot

Itās the other way round. There are individual level harms as Jonathan Haidt points out but thereās no evidence they are a potent contributor as he asserts as population level. That could be because they impact subsets only of young people & there are balancing benefits for most YP
