You won’t find the data that expresses the exhaustion, the frustration and the sense of abandonment so many frontline people are telling me about. But you will see it in their eyes and hear it in their words. As one put it; ‘they think we’re disposable’.

It's hard to focus on anything right now. But please, for a moment, focus on this. More patients have spent over 12hrs in A&E in the last four months than in the entire previous 11 YEARS combined. The NHS is imploding & patients are dying. Does ANYONE in government care? 🤷‍♀️
