It is with a heavy heart that we today learned of the passing of Dermot Flaherty. A man of Gort, Galway and Connacht and most of all our great friend and colleague. May he rest in peace.

Dermot is a legend of Galway GAA Official. He was the main man to video a game in Galway for years and in more recent times was an integral part of steaming the championships. He served for many years as the delegate for his beloved Gort GAA Club H91 VFK4 with distinction. He will be sorely missed.
