Umpires trying to be stars of show. Ejecting 2 coaches in title is garbage

This is 3 postseasons in a row where we’ve had a high profile ejection in a critical tournament game. I believe we have good umpires. So, that’s leave one conclusion: We have not armed our umpires with the ability to diffuse heated situations. This is no longer a coincidence.

Many layers to this situation but IMO an ump who was let go at a higher level for having a short fuse and a quick trigger really has no business umpiring on college baseball's biggest stage. How does that happen? How did this happen today?

Well said Chance Miller. The decisions made by the umpires at the most critical of times in Sunday's game were totally unacceptable. The entire state of South Carolina should be proud of the accomplishments of the Coastal Carolina Baseball program. Continued best wishes to you and the Chants
