However IMO there *is* evidence of the utility of fMRI spatial specificity for clinical utility (cf. lots of subcortical in the below). ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30084192 Also, we don't need 40 min of data, network constraints yield highly reliable fMRI in 5-10 min.
