A brillant start for a Saturday smashing another Parkrun and think I’ve set a PB :) 151st position too which is my highest to date at the Memorial Park! Get in there 🙂🏃‍♂️

People probably won’t understand this but here goes, the sense of achievement after each run you do is an amazing feeling both mentally and physically. Current head space is of a real positive one and really want to build on it folks :) Feel so happy 😁

Official Cov Parkrun result just came through! 155th position from a field of 686 finishers.. and confirmed a new PB too, very happy with that time :) 🙂🏃‍♂️
