Today, the NPA Rwanda team gathered for a staff retreat focused on reflection, learning, and strategic alignment. Together, we reviewed our progress under the 2024–2027 strategy, shared lessons from the field, and explored how we can strengthen our impact moving forward.

Today, Denmark in Rwanda joined NPA, ADEPE Rwanda and Transparency International Rwanda in Gakenke District for a productive meeting with the Mayor and a field visit to witness how citizen participation is driving local climate and environmental solutions.

3/3. This demands sustainable maintenance, farmer capacity-building, and strong collaboration—from grassroots (irrigation water user associations (IWUAs & cooperatives) to district planning and national budget allocation—to ensure not just more hectares, but better harvests.
