I visited and had a most inspiring meeting this afternoon with Prof. Prof. Philip Cotton , Vice-Chancellor University of Global Health Equity , a non-profit university of health sciences in Rwanda focused on training and provision of rural health care in Africa. Phil was previously Vice-Chancellor of University of Rwanda.
