🚨Because of the storm forecast overnight and into tomorrow, we’ve made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s event. We know this will be disappointing, especially with recent cancellations, but as ever, keeping volunteers and runners safe always comes first.

It‘s been three long weeks away and we’ve missed you all but the weather’s looking good for Saturday and so..

Donations by today’s #parkrun participants at our pop-up cafe in #Machen raised over £100 to help support Pontypridd parkrun in replacing equipment lost in recent flooding! Thanks so much to everyone for their support! #loveparkrun

After a three week break, we headed back up to the woods of Coed Cefn-pwll-du to do what we love most! Thanks to everyone who came to our event this morning. Well done to all our runners and walkers & thanks to our brilliant volunteers! See you next week! #loveparkrun

Our course was looking good this afternoon despite the chilly conditions so we’re still on course for our event tomorrow morning. A course check will take place before the event to make sure that nothing’s changed and that all’s still safe so keep an eye on our posts.
