Good to see PC Cahn visit Highfield Community Association Keighley on a regular basis. It helps to build positive relationships with the police in the community when the women attending can see a familiar face and a trusted person they can talk to if needed.

9 young people from our excel youth project joined the exciting and busy event at the YMCA Culture Fusion Centre in Bradford. The session aimed at hearing the voices of Young People and giving them the opportunity to say what they thought made an ideal Youth worker.

The Diamond Cooking group has had a busy evening yesterday making a savoury and sweet dish. The boys have really excelled in their cooking skills and are very proud of how far they have come.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Highfield Community Association Keighley Excel Youth Group and other local Youth Voice groups to help build capacity around #voiceandinfluence at our workshop last month. We love seeing different groups come together. Thanks to @YouthWorkUnit for the support.

By popular demand we have started a new boys cooking group at HCA. One of the group helps lead the group as he is a professional Baker. This week the boys made HCA's own version of the famous "Matilda Cake".. the cake was enjoyed by All. Delicious 😋. Thank you boys.

Our new girls cooking group decided to make something that they enjoyed during Ramadan,delicious chicken bread rolls. The girls loved plaiting the puff pastry together and it looked and tasted beautiful. Well done girls.
