Athletes… If your strength coach is under 25 years old and claims to have worked with THOUSANDS of athletes in the private setting. And no HS, college and teams don’t count. They’re lying. Huge difference between on the floor coaches who work in person and offer online

Certified doesn't mean qualified! Just because you pass your certification test doesn't mean you understand how to train an athlete!
