Grade 3 artists put on a parade today for Norwood! We were inspired by Macy's #MacysParade ! We sketched 📝, voted 🗳on a class float theme, and used all recycled ♻️ materials to make our floats in Art class 🎨! Artists put on a wonderful parade for all! Proud of my students!

Not even a rainy day could take away from the amazing school visits we had today! Classes were engaging , student voices were honored, and artwork on display. Thank you Battle Monument, Charlesmount ES, General John Stricker MS, and Eastern Tech HS!😊👍🏾

I enjoyed my day as a judge at The Baltimore ACT SO competition!!! Phenomenal artwork from our BCPS student artists! There were an array of categories from painting, drawing, film, dance, and sculpture, etc. Great job everyone!!😀👍🏾

Great school visits today! Perry Hall High School had their art department program celebration. Students made tie-dye T-shirts and block prints! Perry Hall Middle School is having their GT Art Showcase today from 6:00pm-700pm! The works are amazing! Come join them this evening!😊

We enjoyed making art with our BCPS students and families today at BCPSFest 2023!!! We looked forward to a great school year.😊
