Just found out our project that we submitted to small town in time for May Zoning hearing is being pushed all the way to July. No heads up. No way to know when you get on the schedule no matter what you do. Another reason developing in small towns is harder than most cities.

Learned a few weeks back that funding for J1's has been cut. This may impact our shore towns in NJ quiet a bit who rely very much on them. We are small but already can't fill one seasonal position... Fun!

Sometimes I really hate developing in America. The average hotel has 1.24 parking spots per key which is widely believed to be too many. We presented 2.0 last night. Denied. Not enough! In an area with ample on street parking overflow if needed that we can not reference!
