This week I was in London doing a buffet and cooking demos at Seahawk Marine showcasing Royal Greenland Seafood Produce ๐Ÿฆ For the Buffet we had Snow Crab Boil ๐Ÿฆ€, Lobster Rolls ๐Ÿฆž & Prawn Bruschettas ๐Ÿฆ. And for the demo I Made Halibut Croquettes and Pan Roasted Cod ๐ŸŸ.
