Our very own alum Dr. Laurel Schafer @ubcchem @laurelschafer has received a 2025 Distinguished Alumni Award. Laurel completed her PhD in 1999 under the supervision of UVic faculty David Berg, and supervised another one of our faculty David Leitch during his PhD. Congrats Laurel!
