I broadly agree with this post, which is very good. (And I share Ruxandra Teslo 🧬's ambivalence about our progress over the past 50 years.) That said, wet lab experiments themselves are IMO a bigger bottleneck than trials. (This is why Arc Institute is working on a virtual cell.)
