Adversity is guaranteed. Great leaders don’t run from it, they run into it. They know it’s unavoidable so they deal with it quickly and directly, then get back to pursuing the vision. Barriers are opportunities for breakthrough. Do the work. ⛈️🦬

Farmers don't dig up their seeds to see if they are growing. They keep doing the work, preparing for the harvest. Growth takes time. Building culture takes time. Getting better takes time. Be patient, be persistent, do the work, focus on your habits, be ready for the harvest.

Schools run well when they run by a collective team. Teacher leadership is critical, especially when they step-up on their own. These leaders bring desire and determination and model for all. They are the heartbeat and the future. naesp.org/resource/leade…
