We're refreshing our strategy at Children & Young People's Mental Health Coalition and want to hear the views of young people and families about what our priorities should be to help improve mental health. We all know moving house can be stressful & disruptive, but while most people move approx. 9 miles away... The average child in care is moved 18+ miles away - often without consultation & often because there aren't enough places locally. #GoneTooFar β‘οΈ becomecharity.org.uk/gone-too-far


We support the UN Committee Rights Of Children who have published their Concluding Observations on #ChildRights in the UK. Read it here: bit.ly/3N8BaN4 We join them in calling on the UK Government to publish a child rights action plan in response.
