absolutely disgusted that P&O Cruises cancelled a cruise at 1pm today for a departure tomorrow. How can they only just be realise that the ship isn’t ready from its refit??? Was due to be our first trip with you but won’t be booking again.

Yesterday’s pick ups from Liverpool Comic Con. would have had more but it was chaos again. Monopoly Events get some great guests but they sell far too many tickets. We were there for about 8 hours and with the size of the queues this is all we could do.

Relatively quick ‘low n slow’ cook of the dependable 3-2-1 ribs. A 6 hour cook on the Weber Grills Smokefire. Ribs seasoned with a combo of The Smokey Carter™ Pitmaster and SuckleBusters SPG. Finished off with SBR BBQ sauce.

The tastiest cook on the bbq. The Phil Chicken Doner. Really enjoyed this in the sun today.

Share the failures as well as the success. Sourdough starter went off like a bomb this morning including a sonic boom! Managed to scape enough together to make some dough! 😂

The exploding sourdough came out pretty well. Nothing quite like warm fresh bread for breakfast.

Beer Can Chicken today on the Weber Grills Smokefire. The Smokey Carter™ Pitmaster Rub and BrewDog Cold Beer up the back passage. The birds decided to fall on top of each other during cooking. All there lovely bird juice thankfully got caught in the drip pan!

Emptied the fridge and made burgers. Beef, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, gherkins on brioche buns. Cooked on the Weber Grills Mastertouch.
