I am still seeing some new Head Coaches getting hired so here is a 30-60-90 day plan for a New Head Football Coach. Could be adapted to any new Head Coach as well. Maybe it can help someone out today.

Football Coaches: Take the summer to get your staff roles and responsibilities in order. Here is a list of jobs I used each year to divide up among the staff. I'm sure there are things not listed now, but maybe this can get someone thinking today.
