The freshest seasonal tastes are always here, reflected by changing menus as we move to the summer flavours, specifically from white asparagus to English pea with the alliums, Piemonte hazelnuts, maple syrup, and of course exmoorcaviar, an original sustainable English delicacy

For lunch only you can now order two Taste of Summer courses for £45. At other times it's £60 for three courses showcasing the very best of both Chris Cleghorn's skills with many local ingredients, including Cornish Lobster.

To Start dish, like an appetiser, featuring crispy veal sweetbreads served with IPA, Pine, Yeast, Ethiopian cardamom and IP8 Beer Vinegar (a small-batch aromatic, thickly viscous vinegar which starts life as an IPA style beer blended with the sweet juice from ice-wine grapes).
