A really rich opportunity to share with parents and coaches together in one room at the IMG Future Stars U-12 event at the beautiful Tatoi club in Athens. A week of grounding, education and development for players and their teams - plus some tennis. Nice to be back!

A privilege to link up with Nottingham Trent University, NTU Research, NTU Department of Sport Science, Dr Mustafa Sarkar and Chris Harwood last week to explore areas for collaboration in high-performance environments. Some fascinating research being undertaken and lots of ideas in the pipeline. Watch this space!

When Nikos Zourbanos Comoutos started reading aloud to a wooden parrot and Chris Harwood to a wooden princess, I was sceptical. But when Franco Noce started educating elephants on the benefits of late specialisation in youth sport, I gave up. I know the book is good but… #NoLifeWithoutThisBook

Exciting, tiring and rewarding day as we edged the quarter final of the national club 045s champs against Woking. Level at 2 matches all and won by only 5 games on count back Great Team effort for us 50s playing an age group below. Still in one piece!

Just secured the first point for UK against the French team in the bronze medql match at European seniors club championships. My singles was good, and ugly... Just enough good and Clint Harwood to serve our 6-4 6-4!

New paper exploring what determines (in)effective post competition parent-child interactions in youth sport! We also explain what CA is, why conversation analysts don't make ontological or epistemological claims, and how CA papers could/should be judged! 🎥🎾🚘
