The funeral procession of slain President Abraham Lincoln stopped CLE Public Square 160 yrs ago today. 90,000 came to Public Square to witness Lincoln’s 1,700 mi journey home to Springfield. 4 years earlier Lincoln spoke off the Square for the “perpetual liberty of the people.”🙏🏼
