What happens next with the Welfare Bill? Deputy PM Angela Rayner said today that MPs will definitely vote on it at second reading on Tuesday. Which means all eyes are now turning to Sir Lindsay Hoyle. The Commons Speaker normally chooses the Opposition's amendment and one other.
