Unbelievable. You’ve literally just confirmed today that carers will lose their allowance as soon as PIP benefits stop — worsening already elevated mental anguish for carers, nearly all of whom are also terrified about how to provide dignity to their loved ones without PIP.

Labour MPs will LOVE it when the 'assisted dying' NHS education campaign kicks in in their constituencies in 2029, targeting "all professionals...family members, friends, unpaid carers, and other support organisations and charities". Remember 181 colleagues voted for this!

Frightening that MPs voted for this-we are seeing already from these amendments the future of this bill. We know it will be expanded because the amendments to protect groups including #DisabledPeople were voted down- look at Canada as an example #NotDeadYet DPAC

The Government is publishing its disability cuts Bill today - slashing up to £7 BILLION in vital support.   This isn’t about helping disabled people. These cruel cuts will drive 100,000s into poverty. These cuts should have been dropped. Now they should be voted down.

The “welfare reform bill” is out and let’s be clear: this is not reform - it is devastating cuts. Disabled people will be made poorer, sicker, and more isolated as a result. That it is a Labour government causing this misery will be a mark of shame on the party for years to come.
