Our strength program is a staple of our team’s development plan! Each session is designed & led by our Strength & Conditioning Coach Nikolas Pearson. Nikolas’ program & Kate Davis MS, RD’s nutritional guidance has seen the Stars gain nearly 4LBs of muscle since the fall began!

Much more to come as these fellas end the first capacity phase that many of them have ever seen. Funny enough, JUCO guys are brutes of strength, but don't move so well; so the first goal was to build the foundational tools to utilize that engine. Hypertrophy was a byproduct.
