Feels like my first scientific twitter post ought to be a movie from my first HHMI | Janelia experiment with Jonny Nixon-Abell and Dong Li. GI-SIM, circa 2015. COS7 cell ER, CalrSS-mEmerald-KDEL. Old school :-)

Anybody else feeling some spaghetti-oh's? I'm sticking with the old school GI-SIM this week. Dense tubular(?) ER in a (very weird) COS7 cell, looks like sheet by DL imaging. Forgive the SIM artifacts, we were new to SIM in 2015 ;-) Jonny Nixon-Abell
