FINAL/13: Tuscaloosa County 5, Hewitt-Trussville 2 Tuscaloosa County Softball comes out on top of the marathon. What a win for the Wildcats, to punch their ticket to the Class 7A state tournament. Hewitt will have another shot tomorrow to grab its spot, against Thompson at 1:45pm.

A lot of the teams that made it to state the last few days were foregone conclusions. But seeing some of my friends like Kyndall White, Lauren Stewart, Blake Gray and Christopher Reeves fight and claw and battle and get their teams to state against the odds...super proud for y'all!
