Our colleague, Denys Skvortsov, used his vacation to bike across Europe (2145 km in 18 days) to raise money for an organisation aiding in the rehabilitation of children in Ukraine who have suffered from war. Incredible is an understatement!🇺🇦 🚵‍♂️

I'm really looking forward to Scala Days in Madrid next week. Apart from my talk that I'm excited to give I also get to moderate the closing panel about the State of Scala. I thought I'd crowdsource a bit. What are some questions you'd like to see asked?

Now that I've actually had a bit of sleep I've been reflecting on Scala Days and on my own Scala journey. This was my first Scaladays, and I was blown away by the positive interactions I had with so many. It was an absolutely pleasure to be a part of the events all week.

Friends, I'm in Warsaw for the week. What do I need to see or do?

So after 5 years of working at the Scala Center, my final work contract will be expiring July 31st (EPFL rules). I have thoroughly enjoyed working in such a great community. All this to say I am now looking for something new (remote/Switzerland/EU/UK).
