We were CRISPR beginners when @sbabrel joined the lab for her MSc. Meanwhile she achieved any kind of gene edit in RPE1 cells. All her secrets ended up in her detailed protocol. Congrats Sabrina and thanks to real experts Anna Cereseto and Antonio Casini doi.org/10.1016/j.xpro… .

It’s official! I am thrilled and honoured that I’ve been awarded an EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship to investigate how cancer cells and neurons interact in Leanne Li Lab at The Francis Crick Institute!
