We were CRISPR beginners when @sbabrel joined the lab for her MSc. Meanwhile she achieved any kind of gene edit in RPE1 cells. All her secrets ended up in her detailed protocol. Congrats Sabrina and thanks to real experts Anna Cereseto and Antonio Casini doi.org/10.1016/j.xpro… .
