I just received an email from the European Court of Human Rights regarding the Portuguese youths' climate change case alleging human rights violations by 33 European nations. The case has been sent to the Grand Chamber. Europe's highest human rights court will now decide the case

Advancing Business Actions on Human Rights in Conflict Situations My co-panelists, moderator and audience were so great. One of the best event in my life. A lot of attention paid because of the episode during Q/A. But I call to pay attention to what was said during the session.

It is important to remind these findings from our EC study: the average cost of mandatory due diligence compared to the revenue of companies amount to less than 0.14% for SMEs and 0.009% for large companies. A small price to pay to uphold human rights and environmental standards!
