Signs of a leadership culture problem: - status & grade are everything - high staff turnover, especially staff who ask questions ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ - bright people go quiet ๐Ÿค - good ideas are claimed by seniors - rule followers are the ones who stay - leaders canโ€™t see thereโ€™s a problem ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
