Could not agree more with this. Raising a family, as a full-time working mom, without any extended family close by… is just overwhelming 😢 hard not to miss being home 🇨🇴

Can someone tell me why it is so hard to put my children to sleep every single night! I mean… I would love to be sent to sleep early every night… that’s THE DREAM!! (And don’t let me start about those 5:30am awakenings and nap refusals!! 🥲🥲) #dyingfromsleepdepravation

Recently, I had the chance to give intraop advice to 1 great Colombian thoracic surgeons: Drs Leonidas Tapias leonidas tapias diaz (my dad!) and Olman Mojica. They are quite busy and deal with complex thoracic/esophageal problems. Being in the ORs in Colombia 🇨🇴 brought back great memories!
