You can use Seer as an escrow. Make a "market" on "Will the job be done?". Keep the NO tokens and give the YES token to the service provider. And as an additional effect, the service provider could sell his future revenue in advance (factoring).

For an epistemic method to be valuable, it doesn't need to be perfect (only deduction is perfect, but to be useful it always requires information acquired through other methods), it just needs to provide good predictions. I believe that futarchy will and I am going to test it!
