On the table today, two from Rioja, but not as we know it. Kármán’s Clarete is a gorgeously fresh pink wine made by co-fermenting red and white grapes, Their tinto is an unoaked Garnacha-led blend. We’re serving them both from the fridge all weekend.

We are very excited by the arrival of these new Pet-Nats from Georgia. 🇬🇪. Both deliciously dry, The blanc has beautiful pear and apple fruit & a citrusy finish, whereas the rosé is bursting with watermelon, nectarine and Ruby grapefruit with a herbal note on the finish.

On tasting this weekend, 3 new listings: an elegant Loire Sauvignon, a classic Provence rosé, and an intriguing light bodied red from Crete. We’re serving all three from the fridge to drop in for taste we’d love to see you.
