🚨 'The Net Zero Straitjacket' outlines how Net Zero is driving energy prices higher, crushing industrial competitiveness, and stripping the UK of energy sovereignty.

Mr Miliband says most of us must have solar panels on our roof to save us £500 a year on electricity. How much more will that cost us and how do people afford the panels? The Chinese will not supply them free.

Foreign rapists blocked from deportation. Billions of pounds worth of infrastructure obstructed by eco activists. Heroic British veterans prosecuted. The system is rigged against us. It's time to rewrite the rules of the game. Here's howšŸ‘‡

Number of UK workless households now double what it was when last welfare reform wave ended. Staggering waste of lives, let alone money. Same people, same economy. The difference is political resolve.

Sadiq Khan’s transport budget is Ā£10 billion yet he can’t manage to clean graffiti off the tube. Well done to Looking for Growth for doing what Sadiq won’t. The public deserve so much better.

On average an illegal migrant enters the country every 15 minutes. While a millionaire leaves the country every 45 minutes. It’s the most brain-dead policy imaginable. We need to talk emigration – not just inward migration - because we are on the verge of a brain drain.

Stop telling us what to do. The government overreach is getting out of control. They are supposed to serve us, not lecture or mandate us.

Conservative shadow minister Chris Philp has urged Labour to cut Net Zero spending instead of slashing the police budget. ā€œEd Miliband is proposing to spend Ā£37bn on his various green plans… while at the same time shutting down oil and gas in the North Sea,ā€ he said.

Humiliating. Conservatives repeatedly warned the PM to reverse his callous decision to withdraw winter fuel payments, and every time he arrogantly dismissed me. Pensioners were forced to choose between heating and eating last winter. Starmer should apologise to them.

Worth keeping this chart in mind when considering NHS resources. Very, very big increases in numbers of hospital doctors and nurses between first half of 2019 and first half of 2024. Much smaller increase in measured activity.

WHY ARE SO MANY COUNCILS SO TOTALLY USELESS??? There are thousands of filthy and overgrown signs like this all over Britain. They contribute to our country looking like a run-down dump. If you want to see a sign it’s a case of DIY. Third World here we come.

I only met Freddie once at an event UK House of Commons about 5 yrs ago. A real pleasure to have chatted with a true literary legend. I can’t count how many nights I’ve stayed up overly late to watch ā€˜Day of the Jackal’….again…and again. RIP and thank you.

The NHS budget continues to grow while the private sector continues to shrink. Do Labour MPs truly not understand why this is unsustainable? Or are they now like a retreating army, burning and looting as they withdraw?

I have tabled the following šŸ‘‡ as parliamentary questions relating to yesterday's 'political agreement' with the EU on Gibraltar. I expect them to be answered fully and accurately, and not simply avoided as has unfortunately become this government's habit.

ā€œThe jobs in the North Sea, the tax coming out the North Sea, the energy security that comes out the North Sea, all gone, all going abroad… Now if you're telling me that that equates to energy security, then I'm the Jolly Green Giant.ā€ Craig Mackinlay tells Mike Graham šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ on Talk.

Labour’s extension and increase to the Energy Profits Tax is killing Britain’s oil and gas industry. For energy security, and the thousands of people employed by Britain’s oil and gas industry, Keir Starmer must remove this tax.

Justice for the victims of grooming gangs means real answers. Real accountability. No excuses. That’s why we’re setting the government five clear tests for a proper, independent inquiry. They owe it to the victims to get this right.
