In this video, DRC’s Foreign Minister complains that his country can’t buy “machetes”. Machetes! Machetes are what was used to exterminate Tutsi in 1994 in Rwanda. Today, Tutsi are being exterminated in DRC, and President Donald J. Trump European Commission are complicit, again!
